Similarly, The Happy Gnome’s eclectic New American Cuisine relies on many organic and sustainable items. The Happy Gnome’s upscale contemporary menu is made in-house daily to achieve the freshest quality possible, and is well-balanced to suit local Midwestern tastes and palates.
