It’s more than Fat Tire…
New Belgium made their mark with the flagship beer Fat Tire, but this brewery makes a wide range of beers, including the Lips of Faith Series with a great line up. The Happy Gnome keeps one of our favorites 1554 as a dedicated tap.
So we invite you to spend an evening with brewmaster Peter Bouckaert.
We plan on serving the following selection (subject to change, but hopefully not.):
Meet and Greet at 6pm with Fat Tire, New Belgium’s Flagship Beer.
Then take a tour with Ranger IPA, 1554, Sahti, La Folie Sour Brown Ale, and Vrienden
And if the beer doesn’t interest you, imagine what fun pairings Chef Scott Brink will come up with.
