So, the Surly beer dinner is sold out and the wait list long, but there will be some fun beers possibly left over after the dinner…if we are lucky.

Surly is bringing in Four, Darkness, and we will be putting on our Smoke 08. Your favorite Surly beers such as Furious, Cynic, Mild, Bender, Coffee Bender will all be featured this month for $5 pours (rotating the taps).

Well…it’s the day after and the beer dinner was a great event. Thanks to Omar and the gang for making the experience enjoyable and Chef Matt for his excellent food.

Below is the menu we featured:

braised bison short ribs
goat cheese and currant risotto, braised swiss chard, reserved jus
