Lift Bridge Hop Dish (MN) 7.5%abv 16oz $6 Aggressively hopped, aromas of citrus, fruit, and pine but will bombard your taste buds with hops.
Rubicon Monkey Knife Fight (CA) 4.5%abv 10oz $6 Does it really matter that this is a mellow yet complex American pale ale? No, it doesn’t. You’re going to order it because you’re picturing a couple Capuchins going at each other with switchblades. (No monkeys were harmed in making this beer.)
Ballast Point Sculpin IPA (CA) 7%abv 10oz $6 Tropically mango, apricot and pink grapefruit on the nose, leading to leading to a zesty, piney hop flavor that is just enough to rough up your palate without destroying it.
Crazy Mountain Sticky Fingers Fresh Hop (CO) 5.2% 10 oz $8 Fresh-hopped for maximum aromatics. We just call it “Tha Dank”.
Two Brothers Sidekick EPA (IL) 5.1%abv 16oz $6 Mellow and very drinkable, but by no means boring. Citrusy and lightly herbal hops have even a hint of pine resin.
Brash Droogs (MA) 7%abv 16oz $7 Aggressively hopped but also nicely malty IPA. We don’t really know what “droogs” means… do you?
Southern Tier IPA on Nitro (NY) 7.8%abv 16oz $7 The bold hop profile of this brew is mellowed out by the smooth, creaminess of the nitro.
Sierra Nevada Celebration (CA) 6.8%abv 16oz $6 Their gift to us for the holidays, a robust and rich brew with a lively hoppiness.
Alaskan ESB (AK) 5%abv 16oz $7 Pungent English-style hops clean up the malty backbone of this pleasant and super-drinkable ESB.
Double Hoppy
Clown Shoes Hoppy Feet 1.5 (MA) 10%abv 10oz $10 This beer is basically the same recipe as their regular Hoppy Feet, multiplied by 1.5. Which means nothing to you if you never had the regular hoppy feet. So we’ll tell you that it is a big, gigantic, hoppy imperial black IPA.
MKE Hop Freak (WI) 8.7%abv 10oz $6 This double IPA is made even more aromatic and delightful by the addition of Organic Jasmine tea.
Great Lakes Chill Wave DIPA (OH) 9.4%abv 10oz $5 Yet another fantastic brew that had to change its name due to copyright dispute. But their litigious competition can’t change the fact that this is an impressivce DIPA.
Grand Teton Trout Hop (ID) 8.5%abv 10oz $7 A double black IPA, named for a risqué dance style that was popular among river fishes in the late 1950s.
Epic Hopulent on Nitro (UT) 9%abv 10oz $6 This beer is over the top malty and hoppy. Too much of everything. Opulent, you might even say. You’re going to love it.
Clown Shoes Galactica DIPA (MA) 8%abv 10oz $6 Dry-hopped with Galaxy hops, a clean malt backbone enhances the dank IPA flavors.
Fruity Beer & Cider
Sociable Cider Werks Freewheeler (MN) 5.8%abv 10oz $6 A brand new cidery from Minneapolis! This one is a tart, dry blend of the best apples the Midwest has to offer, with a kick of hop at the end for some bitterness.
Angry Orchard Cider (OH) 5%abv 16oz $6 Crisp and refreshing. Lively fruity flavor and a powerful lemon aroma
Aspall Cider (England) 5.5%abv 10oz $8 Aspall has been making cider since 1728, done in a traditional dry, English style.
Stiegl Radler (Austria) 2.5%abv 16oz $8 Half Stiegl Goldbraü, half all-natural grapefruit soda. Lots of refreshing sweet and tart grapefruit flavor, with barely any alcohol.
Malty & Sweet
Third Street Lost Trout Brown Ale (MN) 5%abv 16oz $6 The once-abundant trout population of this brewery’s creek has all but vanished… which is fine as long as we are able to drown our sorrows in this brown ale.
Steel Toe Dissent (MN) 7%abv 16oz $7 Roasty and toasty with bittersweet espresso and hints of cocoa. A rich, creamy texture makes this one go down just a little too good.
Surly Mild (MN) 4.2%abv 16oz $6 Mellow malty notes, almost imaginary hops, and a subtle dry cocoa finish. We don’t often associate the terms “Surly” and “Mild”, but in this case, it really works.
Bent Paddle Black Ale (MN) 6%abv 16oz $6 A smooth, chocolatey local brew that effortlessly bridges the islands of porter and stout.
Bad Weather Ominous Brown (MN) 6%abv 10oz $5 Dark, roasty and malty. Fear not the brown however ominous it may be. . .

Boom Island Hoodoo Dubbel (MN) 8.5%abv 10oz $5 A rich, malty dubbel without being overly intense. Flavors of plum, allspice and cocoa, like a delightful bread pudding.
Odell Lugene Chocolate Milk Stout (CO) 7%abv 10oz $6 Chocolate. Milk. Stout. Dig it.
Dark Horse Scotty Karate (MI) 9.75%abv 10oz $6 Big, full bodied scotch ale. Like a fresh caramel apple with a hint of cinnamon.
Great Divide Hibernation (CO) 8.7%abv 10oz $7 Massive flavors, malty richness, complex hop profile & a hearty warming character.
Destihl 120 Shilling (IL) 9.1%abv 10oz $7 A rich, malty, full-bodied Scotch ale, with lots of sweet caramel balanced with a little smoky peat. How much are 120 shillings are worth today? Probably not enough to buy a beer.
Tyranena Rocky’s Revenge (WI) 6% abv 16 oz. $6 In the deep waters of Rock Lake lurks an ancient serpent named Rocky. His legend has inspired this brown ale, partially aged in bourbon casks.
Back Country Switchback Amber (CO) 5.4%abv 16oz $6. Copper in hue and malty in body. Not unlike a malty Oktoberfest by way of taste.
Oskar Blues Old Chub on Nitro(CO) 8%abv 16oz $7 Scottish Ale strung out on gas. Nice and rich, smooth and malty.
Founders Dirty Bastard (MI) 8.3%abv 10oz $6 A delicious scotch ale brewed with ten varieties of imported malts making this bold and powerful.
Barleywine
Southern Tier Backburner Barleywine (NY) 9.6%abv 10oz $8 We love barleywines for so many reasons. They’re delicious. They get you drunk. There are probably other reasons as well.
Sierra Nevada Bigfoot Ale (CA) 10%abv 10oz $8 Full bodied barley wine with a fruity bouquet, big maltiness balanced by intense hops.
Beer with Depth
Fulton War and Peace (MN) 9.5%abv 10oz $8 A Peace Coffee infused imperial stout, or, Tolstoy’s classic treatise on the effects of the Napoleonic Era on Tzarist Russia. A good read, and a great sipper.
Millstream Back Road Stout (IA) 6.7%abv 10oz $5 Dark and smooth, with lots of chocolate and coffee flavor, but not much bitterness.
Clown Shoes Blaecorn Unidragon (MA) 12.5%abv 10oz $9 A Russian Imperial Stout brewed with intense American hops. Thick and rich with a touch of smokiness.
Epic Big Bad Baptist (UT) 10%abv 10oz $9 An imperial stout with coffee and chocolate flavors that will make even the most pious break faith long enough to enjoy this brew.
Left Hand Milk Stout on Nitro (CO) 6.5%abv 16oz $7 Perhaps the finest stout made in the lower 48. Rich and creamy and smooth.
Weyerbacher Heresy (PA) 8%abv 10oz $9 The Heresy is the Old Heathen imperial stout aged in Bourbon barrels. Whether it’s Heresy or Heathen, there’s no way this bad boy is getting into heaven.
Sierra Nevada Narwhal Imperial Stout (CA) 10.2%abv 10oz $8 Solid imperial stout. Good depth of malty flavor with hints of cocoa, espresso, and smoke. Just like a whale.
New Holland Dragon’s Milk (MI) 9%abv 10oz $9 Aged in oak for over 120 days, hints of bourbon flavor perfectly compliment roasted malts.
Unique
Indeed Burr Grinder (MN) 5.1%abv 10oz $6 A collaboration with Dogwood Coffee, this one’s brewed with Colombia El Meridiano coffee. Not your typical heavy dark coffee brew, this one is malty and medium bodied, and really lets the coffee shine through.
Brooklyn Hammarby Syndrome (NY) 8%abv 10oz $6 The latest DSM defines this as a “distressed condition caused by the giddy anticipation of Brooklyn’s soon-to-be new brewery in the Hammarby neighborhood of Stockholm, Sweden.” It’s infused with spelt and spruce tips, and it’s fantastic.
Meantime Cranberry Stout (England) 8%abv 10oz $9 A lighter-bodied stout from merry old England, brewed with tart cranberries to make it even a little more merry.
Rogue Mogul Madness (OR) 6.6%abv 16oz $8 An alternative to the other heavy winter-ish beers. This one’s a little more focused on smooth malts but still offers a nice bitter hop finish.
Belgian-y
Duvel (Belgium) 8%abv 10oz $10 A draft of Duvel? Do my eyes deceive me? (Not quite the same as bottled Duvel, but you will love it all the same).
Chimay Tripel (Belgium) 8%abv 10oz $12 Brilliant banana and allspice, with hints of citrus and pear and apple, and just ever so slightly funky. A perfect balance of finesse and strength.
La Trappe Quad (NED) 10%abv 10oz $9 Lots of banana and hints of caramel, with just a slight touch of bitterness to finish it off.
McChouffe (Belgium) 8%abv 10oz $10 This strong dark ale is done much in the style of a Scotch ale, except, you know… not from Scotland
Rodenbach Grand Cru (Belgium) 6%abv 10oz $10 Blend of 1/3 young beer and 2/3 of beer aged 2 years in large oak vats. The finish is worthy of a great wine. A great Sour beer.
